USP is Switzerland’s leading agency for the organisation, coordination and leasing of professional trade fair, conference and event staff.

Already since 2017, we have been a proud full service partner of Art Basel and are responsible for the entire personnel and hostess management for the world's most important exhibition for contemporary art on behalf of Messe Schweiz (MCH Group). Also since 2017 we support MCH Group at the trade and public fairs with our friendly, competent and professional exhibition staff. Prior to that, we were the official partner of Baselworld from 2009 to 2020, organizing a total of around 200 hostesses, hosts and models annually for the world's most important watch and jewelry fair and renowned brands in the watch industry. In addition, USP is also the largest provider of professional trade fair personnel for the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS), with 13 car brands under its care. We also use our employee pool to provide retained services to many customers. Our committed and enthusiastic employees are deployed to innumerable functions and events at any time of the year.

We carefully select and recruit our USP hostesses and hosts according to your specifications and requirements. Our staff receive diligent preparation for their upcoming tasks thanks to tailored courses and thorough seminars in the areas of appearance, communication, conduct and sales. Over 2,500 friendly and competent hostesses, hosts, team leaders, car explainers, promoters, logistics experts, catering staff, drivers, all-rounders and models are available for flexible assignments throughout Switzerland. A pool that we use to accommodate every need – USP has the right people for any occasion. And if not, we’ll find them for you!

Comprehensive services round off our portfolio: the preparation of complex work rosters including multiple shift in compliance with all labour law requirements, creation of dress codes and procurement of garments, development of conduct & style guides, organisation of make-up artists and complete project support from A to Z.
