USP New Partnership Structure at USP

Marc Brunner has been the sole owner of USP Partner AG since its establishment in 2000. Dominik Nyffenegger took over operative management from Marc Brunner at the end of 2014 and has since acted as CEO. The owners, CEO and Board of Directors have decided to reorganise the ownership structure of USP Partner AG within the framework of a management buyout to pave the way for the company’s continued successful development. USP Holding AG was established for this purpose in June 2017; the entity then acquired the 100% share held in USP Partner AG from Marc Brunner.

Proven management team

The familiar management team at USP Partner AG is involved in USP Holding AG: Dominik Nyffenegger, Christian Engeler – long-standing director of USP Partner AG – and Marc Brunner. This experienced, established and proven triumvirate is determined to create a stable future and ensure the continued successful development of USP Partner AG for its customers, employees and partners. Since June 2017, the new management and partnership structure at USP Partner AG has been as follows: Dominik Nyffenegger (President of the Board of Directors & CEO, Partner), Christian Engeler (Director, Partner) and Marc Brunner (Director, Partner).
