USP has been the Baselworld’s partner agency since 2009 and is therefore in charge of hostess management for this major international event on behalf of the organiser, the MCH Group, and also attends to the needs of some 20 premium exhibitor brands at the world’s most important watch and jewellery show.

Baselworld: the world’s most prestigious watch and jewellery fair

Besides the Geneva International Motor Show and Art Basel, Baselworld is one of the three major trade fair projects for which USP looks after the complete hostess management. As official partner agency to the Baselworld, we have provided around 200 competent, friendly hostesses, hosts and professional models to act as the faces of this major international event since 2009. Throughout the fair, our trained team creates a pleasant and positive atmosphere, while ensuring that the entire event runs smoothly.

Full service before, during and after the fair

Not only does USP recruit, organise and train all trade fair staff on behalf of Messe Schweiz (MCH Group), the Baselworld organiser, it also supports around 20 prestigious exhibitor brands. The hostesses, hosts and models are hand-picked according to the customers’ needs and requirements and selected during personal castings. Besides the development of complex and intricate work rosters, the USP team assists its customers with all other HR requirements, delivering a full complement of additional services – before, during and after the fair. A key role in all of this is the guidance and coaching provided by the USP project team at the fair, which ensures smooth procedures and guarantees the highest standards of quality throughout the event each year.
