Taking auto shows to the next dimension Full-service and professional hostess management for the Grand Basel

Besides the Geneva International Motor Show, Art Basel and Baselworld, the Grand Basel was another major project in the field of hostess management.

Featuring around 100 exquisite automotive masterpieces, the show attracted over 12,000 visitors to its inaugural event.

USP recruited and placed the entire trade show team for this major event, organising thorough live training to prepare them assiduously for their task. Not only did the hand-picked team create a positive and pleasant atmosphere, the members also kept everything running smoothly on the ground.

USP is responsible for all areas of hostess and project management: from the organisation of casting calls for the recruitment of suitable staff, to the preparation of complex work rosters and the provision of thorough practical training. In addition, USP directly managed the various teams on the ground throughout the show.
