Bespoke services
Each year, USP is able to accompany numerous activities for the various AMAG brands, where - depending on the project - we can support the client in project organization, location evaluation, preparation of complex deployment plans and many other services to ensure smooth and high-quality implementation.
For clients with regular personnel requirements, USP relies on personnel with the possibility of equally regular assignments - recurring assignments, where the company, brand, products and possibly also the client's employees are already known, make planning and coordination easier for both sides, and such a setup also leads to an even higher quality of assignments during implementation. For customers with very regular assignments and/or large personnel requirements, it can also be worthwhile to build up a special pool that is independent of projects and where personnel are prepared for upcoming assignments via basic training - then only the project-specific briefing or more comprehensive training follows on top if the topic is more complex (e.g. a completely new vehicle model that a car explainer needs to know almost as well as a dealer).
