USP was a partner agency of Baselworld from 2009-2020 and thus not only responsible for the complete hostess management of the organizer MCH Group, but also looked after around 20 well-known exhibitor brands for the organization and placement of professional and friendly hostesses, hosts and models for the world's most important watch and jewelry fair.
Baselworld: the world’s most prestigious watch and jewellery fair
Alongside the Geneva Motor Show and Art Basel, Baselworld was one of the three major trade fair projects that USP was able to provide comprehensive hostess management services for from 2009-2020. As the official partner agency of Baselworld, we have organized around 200 competent and friendly hostesses, hosts and professional models every year since 2009, giving the major international event a face. The well-trained team ensured a pleasant and positive atmosphere throughout the trade fair and also ensured that the entire operation ran smoothly.
Full service before, during and after the fair
We not only recruited, organized and trained all the exhibition staff for Messe Schweiz (MCH Group) as the organizer of Baselworld, but also looked after around 20 well-known exhibitor brands. The hostesses, hosts and models were carefully recruited according to the client's criteria and requirements profile and selected in personal castings. In addition to developing the elaborate and complex assignment planning, the USP team supported the clients in all personnel-related areas and offered a full service by providing various additional services - before, during and after the trade fair. The management and coaching of the teams during the trade fair by the USP project team on site played a central role in ensuring that the entire assignment ran perfectly every year.
